Tim Ratliff
Project Manager
Tim worked his way through college as a laborer in the residential construction industry. After graduating from Longwood University with a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Management, Tim worked as a superintendent for one of the Richmond area’s premier custom home builders. In 2012, Tim moved with his wife to Southern California and transitioned to commercial construction. He worked as a project manager for projects in hospitals, doctor's offices, churches, and schools in Los Angeles and Ventura County. As his family grew, Tim relocated back to Richmond in 2016 and has been a Project Manager at J.A. Heisler ever since. Outside of work, Tim enjoys exercising, camping, playing with his two sons, and reading if the kids allow it.
